To request product registration, gather the details below. The support team may request your proof of purchase for verification.
SSD, SD, microSD, DRAM or USB flash product and its exact model/reference.
Serial number or identifying code printed on your product or packaging, if available.
The date and retailer or distributor from which the product was purchased.
Your name, email address and country so the support team can respond.
Product registration is handled through a support request. Submitting a request does not automatically change warranty coverage; applicable warranty terms still apply.
